burbly is built on free, public Australian data. Every figure traces back to an official source listed below. Listing facts link back to their original portal; images and floorplans are never rehosted.

    Suburb (SAL) boundaries, Census demographics — population, age, income, dwellings and ownership.

    Property sales and rent datasets used to derive medians, yields and growth.
